thicc is the write word spelling or thick if your an english major,
Spied your front page post... 2 things work ok. Can sit cross legged against a wall or a corner, close eyes and sit that way for 20 minutes, think of a peaceful scene, or a white room w/ black door (or vice versa). Other thing that can help, lie down on the floor listening to chill music or an audiobook, a towel under your head, again 20 minutes should do it.
Gotta give yourself the gift of no worries or demands on ya a few minutes a day, especially before sleep.
